1 3-inch piece baguette
1. Tear the baguette into pieces and soak in ¼ cup (about 1 ounce)
water until absorbed, then squeeze out all moisture 2 large eggs
and transfer to large bowl. Add eggs, chopped 4 cloves garlic, 2 finely
